Normally meets on the third Thursday of every month but contact the Group Organiser if you want to confirm.
Note that to reach the car park you need to drive down the one way road to the right side of the pub. Early in the evening several people usually eat in the restaurant area. There is sometimes a private room available but often as not you will find the group monopolising one of the smaller bar rooms
Celebrating the very best of historic motoring and aviation in the perfect surroundings. See the above website for details.
Over half a century ago, a few hardy club members ventured north to the lovely English Lake District to sample the delights of camping at Mike Kyle’s Farm in Buttermere.
Ever since then, a tradition has grown and continued and the 2018 event takes place over the weekend of 22nd – 24th June.
Some of the original members are still hardy enough to camp in the field reserved specifically for our three wheelers. Others prefer the comfort of one of the local hotels, The Fish Inn or The Bridge Inn. No matter where you decide to stay, you’ll be made welcome for a weekend of frivolity, frothy beer and food.
Normally meets on the last Wednesday of every month but contact the Group Organiser if you want to confirm.
Pool Furlong is a very narrow lane a few hundred yards down the Bellbroughton road from the Bell and Cross pub in Holy Cross village.
Although we sometimes use a small private room, we normally meet in the main bar area.
The club serves snack foods and a good selection of real ales and ciders.
After a break last year the Morgan Club “Worstead Weekend is back for 2018 over the weekend of June 29th to July 1st.
Provisional details include
Friday
- Evening supper at a local pub
Saturday
- Trundle to somewhere interesting on followed by a evening BBQ back at Mack Cottage
Sunday
- Trip to the North Norfolk Railway Vintage Transport Day. Entry is free for exhibitors and includes a complementary train ticket.
No doubt there will also be far too many cake and coffee stops than are good for us. There is plenty of room for camping, motorhomes etc.
