GREAT NORTH CLOSING RUN
 
The Lancs & Lakes group are organising a splendid social weekend and closing run for the weekend of 6th to 8th October this year.  Why not come and join us!  This new event will be based at the Crooklands Hotel south of Kendal and close to jct.36 of the M6 with the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales near by.
 
Twelve rooms have been reserved initially but more rooms are available if required. There are also two campsites within a stone’s throw of the hotel for those hardier types that might wish to camp for the weekend.  If successful we are looking to perhaps make this an annual national event.
 
Further details will be advertised in the Bulletin and here but if you would like to join us please contact the me (Steve Hughes) first to register your interest.  Please do not contact the hotel directly at this stage.
