Easter’s nearly here but your April Bulletin is ready to read NOW!
Once Easter’s over it’s time for Opening Runs. The North West Group’s is on 8th April and the club event at Brooklands is on Sunday 29th April. It doesn’t actually feature a run on the roads but there’s lots and lots to do and see including a run up the test hill – in your Morgan if you wish. Trevor Seymour’s organising the event this year and his lovely Sports Family features on the Bulletin cover.
Lots of other good events coming up too. The Curborough Taster Day, Severn Bloodbikers at Prescott (a super event). Events in France and the Netherlands. You’ll find them all listed on the website calendar and in The Bulletin.

We’re very sad to report that Dave Young, a long time club member died unexpectedly on Friday 16th March. Until quite recently, Dave was the Ford Sales Officer for the club. Here’s a note from Stephen Clark:
I have to report the shocking news that Dave Young died suddenly on Friday night.
Dave had been a committed Morgan enthusiast and member of the club for many years and he owned and rebuilt several Morgans including his current very special Blackburne Family Aero which was nearing completion. Far more importantly he was a respected and innately good-humoured and generous friend to everyone he met; it was always a pleasure to be in his company and his down-to-earth banter was guaranteed to lift the spirits. Dave will be missed by many, many people within the club and far beyond; Six Bells meetings will never be quite the same without him.
Our deepest sympathy is extended to Trish and Dave’s family.
