Jap Beetleback SS on Bangers & Cash
Last June, Charley Longland’s JAP beetleback SS was sold at by his daughter Maggie Pedley at Mathewsons Auctions in Pickering. The car had been completely restored for him by Bob Angell and is the subject of a Bangers and Cash episode due to be on the Yesterday channel at 8pm on Thursday 6th April (Yesterday+1 at 9pm). The programme includes comment by and footage of Adrian Murray-Leslie and his Blackburne Super Aero.
