Bill Wallbank

We recently heard the tragic news that Bill Wallbank has died in a car accident together with his sister Rosemary. Bill and Rosemary were involved in the accident on New Year’s Day.

We now have details of the funeral arrangements which you will see below. Club members will be welcome.

Bill was a lifelong Morgan enthusiast and club member as his membership number of 1928 shows. He was interested in three wheelers of all types and at one time competed in his ex-Tom Rhodes J.A.P. engined Brooklands Morgan.

He was a lovely chap, a real gentleman and a good friend. He and Rosemary joined us at many meetings over the years and charmed everyone they met.

Bill and Rosemary will be sadly missed by all thier friends and our thoughts are with Rosemary’s daughter Freddie and her family.

The funeral will be at 1:00pm on
Thursday 24th January

at

St. James’ Church. Church St, Chipping Campden
GL55 6JG

Parking. There will be room for Morgans and trailers at the house (Covenant House) opposite the church.

The New Bulletin Index is Online.

For many years, Nev Lear compiled and maintained his world famous Bulletin Index. Bert Varady, one of our members in the USA has kindly taken on the task.

The index catalogues a vast number of Bulletin articles from 1962 through to the end of 2018; listed by category  by model, by engine type, modifications, engineering tips and so on. From Aero to Windscreens.

The fruits of Bert’s labours are available to all club members who are registered on the website and logged in.
