IMPORTANT NOTICE:- John Rowland
Many of you will know of John Rowlands and his expertise, particularly with regard to matters of lubrication.
However, in my capacity as Data Protection Officer, I have been contacted by his wife Marian, who tells me that John’s health is not good and that he is therefore unable to answer queries of a general nature and the number of telephone calls he receives from members is inconvenient and distressing.
Please, therefore, unless you are a personal friend, do not attempt to call him on his home number.
I would also request that, in general, you are cautious about passing on contact details for other members unless they have indicated that they are happy for you to do so.
