Morgan’s at Founders day
On Sunday the 21st of July Chuck Berry (Jap sales officer and member of the East Midlands group) arranged for us to have a club stand for this year’s Founders Day at Stanford Hall, Leicestershire.
For those who don’t know, the event, run by The Taverners which is the Leicestershire section of the VMCC, has become one of the major UK events in the ‘old bike’ calendar. and regularly gets around 3000 visitors.
Although Chuck arranged the pitch for six Morgans in the end there were a total of eight cars.
The weather was good, there was a fantastic array of classic bikes to look at, and Seasick Steve to keep everyone entertained.
A great day out and well worth thinking about for next year.
