Alistair Rew reports: “I am delighted to say that I managed to surpass my personal goal and ran over 22km, smashing my half marathon Personal Best by over 7 minutes on the way – I can hardly believe it.”

Not only that, Alistair has raised £1295.00 so far – and there’s still time to contribute. Read on, then click on the link at the bottom of the page.

On Sunday 7th May 2017, members of the Red Bull Racing Team, including Team Principal, Christian Horner and Chief Technical Officer, Adrian Newey, will be taking on the Wings For Life World Run to help find a cure for spinal cord injury.

Club member Alistair Rew is known to us for campaigning his flat-sided Aero at events around the country. He’s also Treasurer of the club’s Competition Section. He fills the rest of his time as the Finance Director at Red Bull Technology.

Alistair’s taking part in the run and needs to beat his personal best by 5 minutes in order to meet his half marathon goal. A few donations from members and website visitors will undoubtedly spur him on.

Not long until the event so act quickly and make your donation!
